Five Ways Laughing Is Good For You

1) Improves cardiovascular health

2) Helps you lose weight        A study was done that showed that laughter increased calorie burning by 20%. If you laughed 15 minutes a day you could lose 4.4 pounds in a year.

3) Makes you FEEL happier       Laughing keeps you in the moment and also is known to increase serotonin levels

4) Strengthens the immune system

5) Lowers your stress level

And I’m adding a BONUS one here: Helps to lower your blood pressure

WOW! Did you know that laughing did that much for your health? I’m absolutely going to find more REASONS TO LAUGH MORE to help my health improve! But the BEST thing about laughing is that IT JUST MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD!

Can’t find anything to laugh about?  Go to Youtube and watch a few laughing baby videos and have a GREAT WEEKEND!
